The wellness program is an alternative to insurance, not a supplement. Patients choose one or the other. If you have insurance, we verify benefits and file claims. If you don’t have insurance or prefer not to use it, the wellness program provides comprehensive care at predictable costs.

In-network providers have contracts with insurance companies offering negotiated prices for specific services. Out-of-network providers aren’t restricted by insurance guidelines, allowing doctors and patients more freedom in treatment planning. At Bartram Dental Center, we treat all patients with the same high level of care regardless of insurance status.

Many insurance plans cover exams and cleanings as preventive services even when you’re out-of-network. Our team reviews your benefits and provides detailed estimates so you understand costs before treatment.

Absolutely. We verify benefits, submit claims, and manage insurance tasks on your behalf. If insurance doesn’t cover expected amounts, we advocate for you to receive benefits according to your plan design.

Each family member needs individual enrollment. Multiple family members can join, and each receives the full benefits of their chosen plan.

Wellness program members receive up to 15% off restorative and cosmetic services including crowns, bridges, implants, veneers, and Invisalign. This discount applies to all treatment except All-on-X full arch cases.
