Jason D. Lewis, DDS, FAGD, has committed himself to excellence in dentistry as a student, practitioner, and industry leader. He earned his dental degree from the University of Oklahoma, after earning his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton. Dr. Lewis is the past president of the Jacksonville Dental Society and has served as president on several local, state, and national dental societies over the years. He is an active member of the Florida Academy of General Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, Jacksonville Dental Society, and Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Lewis is also committed to lifelong learning to provide you the best that modern dentistry has to offer. He has advanced training in root canals, one-visit crowns, dental implants, oral sedation, and orthodontics. This allows him to offer you a comfortable, fast transformation to the smile of your dreams.
The doctor and his wife, Traci, have two handsome twin boys, Carson and Connor. The family is very active with sports as the boys play on the Nease High School Basketball and Baseball teams. They also have two French Bulldogs, Ricky and Lucy. They are the boys’ biggest fans.
