Jason D. Lewis, DDS, FAGD

Dr. Jason D. Lewis has been dedicated to excellence in dentistry since 2002, embracing the roles
of student, practitioner, and industry leader. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.)
degree from the University of Oklahoma, following his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical
Engineering from the University of Dayton.

A respected figure in the dental community, Dr. Lewis is a Past President of the Jacksonville
Dental Society and has served as President of the Florida Academy of General Dentistry. He is
actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Florida Dental Association,
Florida Academy of General Dentistry and the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Lewis is committed to lifelong learning, ensuring that his patients receive the best that
modern dentistry has to offer. He has pursued advanced training in Dental Implant Surgery,
Invisalign, Oral Conscious Sedation, and Sleep Dentistry. Notably, he completed his implant
symposium with Dr. Arun Garg’s Implant Seminars in 2007 and has taken numerous courses in
advanced bone grafting and 3D Implant Design since his training. In 2008, he obtained his Oral
Conscious Sedation certification from the DOCS course allows him to provide a comfortable
and anxiety-free experience for his patients.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Lewis enjoys quality time with his wife, Traci, and their twin
sons, Carson and Connor, who attend Saint Joseph Academy in St. Augustine. Carson is active in
basketball, while Connor enjoys baseball, much to the delight of their proud parents. The family
loves traveling, spending time on the lake, and exploring new restaurants with friends. They are
also the proud owners of two French Bulldogs, Ricky and Freddie, who are the boys’ biggest
fans.
